Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Free shipping for Members

    For customers enrolled in our membership program, we offer free shipping on orders with a subtotal above $45, domestic and international, regardless of order size.

    (Free shipping only applies to the contiguous U.S. for now.)

  • Free Shipping for Non-Members

    For non-members, we offer free shipping on orders with a subtotal above $60 (U.S. only).

  • International Shipping

    For international customers or non-contiguous U.S. states/territories, shipping will be calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed 1–2 business days after placement.
  • We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Domestic (U.S.): Typically 5–7 business days via USPSUPS, or FedEx.
  • International: Typically 10–15 business days, depending on destination and the selected carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx).

Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that tracking updates may take several hours to appear in the system.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Hygiene items like soaps, consumables, etc. are not returnable.
  • Custom or personalized items are also non-returnable.

Returns (Change of Mind)

  • For returns, the customer pays return shipping, which will be deducted from the refund.
  • Items must be returned in unused condition.
  • Restocking fees may apply based on the product condition.

Special Shipping for Oversized Items

  • Oversized items (50 lbs and above) are subject to special shipping rates.
  • These items will be returned directly to the supplier if needed.

Import Duties & Taxes for International Orders

  • International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are NOT included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please note that customs policies vary by country, and we encourage you to check with your local customs office for specific details before placing your order.

Can I Change My Address After Placing an Order?

  • Once an order is processed, we will attempt to make address changes. However, this depends on the carrier and may incur additional fees.
