Refunds & Replacements
If your experience did not meet your expectations, please inform us by contacting our support team via our Contact page. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will provide a refund or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date. A prepaid return label will be provided, and your refund will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you may return any unused product within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original packaging. Food items must be unopened. Contact us to receive a prepaid return shipping label. Refunds are issued after the product is received and inspected.
Membership Cancellation
New Memberships
New memberships are non-refundable. Any promotional gifts received with the purchase of a membership are not eligible for exchange or return.
Existing Memberships
For existing memberships, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. A 14-day grace period is available following auto-renewal. If the membership was not used during this period, a full refund may be requested.
Promotions & Free Shipping
Unless otherwise stated, promotions and discounts offered by Kennix Goods exclude boxed gift sets. Additional exclusions may apply and will be specified in promotional materials.
Free shipping is available only for orders delivered within the continental United States. Shipping fees apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations.
Kennix Goods reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
